With these symptoms and non revealing diagnostic results, I assume you have been followed by a urologist. So I wonder what the preliminary diagnosis you were told. If you have not seen a urologist, you need to see one. Because of high residual bladder volume and if it is confirmed, you will need further investigation. Your pain is consistent with chronic pelvic pain syndrome but not high residual.
