When i peed the first two seconds of the stream was pinkish, then it turned normal. no pain, no fever, i've been taking kpax immune lately. last labs 1.3 creatinine, urine test normal feb 9th. ct of abd and pelvis normal nov 7th. what could it be?

Pinkish urine. This needs to be evaluated in person. Changes in urine like pink mean there can be blood in the urine. It can come from the kidney and not show up any issues on screening tests. Frankly, sometimes the patient simply had a false perception of a concern which was no clinical issue at all.
