My blood glucose level is 105 mg/dl after fasting for 12 hours. my symptoms are muscle cramping with exercise, always thirsty, and frequent urination. i also do a low carb diet. could i have low insulin and my muscles arent getting glucose?

Your information is consistent with insulin resistance. not low insulin. If you are even slightly overweight, losing weight is imperative, as is increasing your physical activity/exercise.
