: You asked this question before. Mild hyponatremia is less likely the cause of your bad cramp. Not all people with hyponatremia have SIADH although your high normal urine osmolality &amp; urine sodium above 20 mmol/L are probably consistent with SIADH.

You asked this question before. Mild hyponatremia is less likely the cause of your bad cramp. Not all people with hyponatremia have SIADH although your high normal urine osmolality & urine sodium above 20 mmol/L are probably consistent with SIADH.
