I have muscle cramping and tetany. my blood test results show that i have mild low ionized calcium, and my random urine test showed mild elevated calcium. what can be the cause of this and can this be causing my muscle cramping and tetany?

There are more than just Ca++ ions that are the cause of cramping. See your family doctor or internist for proper work up and evaluation.
