I been having shortness of breath and burning pressure chest pain for a year now i did pft it says overinflation without obstruction or restriction as of uncertain significance dr isnt concern. all heart n ct was normal what can it be ?

A foreign body aspiration, COPD, asthma and GERD aspiration should be considered. A copy of the report for review by virtual consult is available. Avoid smoke and triggers such as dust exposure. Allergy testing and a trial of asthma medication may be helpful. Watch for signs of worsening and heart burn. Have you tried a PPI for GERD?
