If all tests of your heart and lungs are ok and a heart doctor and lung doctor says it is not from heart or lungs, then this could be due to gastroesophageal reflux, GERD. You should see a GI doctor for evaluation and treatment. It can definitely mimic heart/lung problems. So, see a GI doctor. Hope you feel better soon! Good luck!

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

If no gi, cardiac and lung problems then your symptoms are functional. Try relaxation methods, meditation, keep busy with hobbies, sports charitable work and see how you do. I think you will be OK

It is difficult to answer this in this short space without knowing more about your clinical situation. If the heart and lungs truly check out OK, it is possible that Gerd can cause burning pain along with shortness of breath. You would need a trial of medication for stomach acid, and perhaps other tests. See your primary doctor or a gastroenterologist for next steps. Good luck.
