My pft showed normal but says overinflation w/out-obstruction is of uncertain significance my dr isnt concern he said i dont have any lung problems my ct normal no heart problems im obese have shortness of breath n chest tightness what can it b?

Obese people have Pickwickian syndrome with reduced total lung capacity and it is almost opposite to your pulmonary finding by PFT. I wonder if you have a complete PFT including DLCO and arterial blood gases. Beside that, you also need to have echocardiogram done. Pulmonary hypertension should be one of the differential diagnoses. You may consider a second opinion.
