A member asked:

Recently i used a massage chair and it provided me with a great 30-45 massage. i noticed i lost 4 lbs overnight and i'm attributing it to the chair itself. it apparently stimulates blood flow. does it break up fat cells in the body too??

No, chair massage will not breakdown fat cells. Your weight loss is likely to be due to inadequate water intake. Massage chair is not a treatment for obesity. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

A massage chair will not cause weight loss. Long-term weight loss requires taking in fewer calories than your body metabolizes. There is no quick means of weight loss. Adopt good habits and take it slowly.
