my brothers 30 & his reticulocyte count is 105.40 and his white blood cells count is very high 23.35 he had pain & weakness in body.what could it be?

Reticulocytes: Hemolytic anemia would be one cause of high reticulocyte count. If WBC count high some type of myelogenous process could be possible.
