Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. One possibility is that you are constantly dehydrated. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. If that does not help it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
