I had a blood hcg test done. it came back 2.600 could that be early or a big fat negative? my one last year was just a simple 2 so im confused?

If the period in "2.600" is not a comma, this level of HCG may be a very early pregnancy, but any positive level of HCG signifies implantation of a fertilized egg. Followup levels will confirm the growth/progression of this pregnancy.
