Do not worry: Lab values are often fluctuating and a single test is not definitive. If you and your doctor that ordered the test are in touch, ask for follow up if there is concern for leucopenia, either from drugs or other causes. The white cell counts varies in relation to age, activity, immune status, treatments etc and are best correlated with your own health with your doctor. Take care and do not worry.
