THC is metabolized in the liver and it may or may not affect your ALT depending on many other factors. In case decision to start, would start at much lower doses, 2.5-5 mg and titrate slowly up for intended effect as side effects from THC will be likely, given hepatic status.

Ast is higher at 16 and alt is lower at 9. Is this cirrhosis? I have used the online asttoalt ratio and thats what it tells me?
