How reliable is the ast/alt ratio? mine states i should have cirrhosis, however two fibroscans have reported that i don't even have much fibrosis.

Not reliable: Transaminases, such as AST or ALT reflect hepatocytolysis, or hepatocellular damage and they are not useful in the diagnosis of cirrhosis. The diagnosis of cirrhosis is ultimately made on liver biopsy.
