Ast/alt albumin, bilirubin ,platelets alkaline phosphate,total protein,ggt are all normal? i have what looks like thread veins on my face and on chest i worry its cirrhosis.i drink beer everyday after work?

With those normal lab results, an advanced liver disease is almost ruled out so the vessel finding on your face and chest, presumably those are spider veins, is not due to liver disease. As recommended before, you should cut down the amount of alcohol consumption or stop it altogether; otherwise, your concern may become a reality in the future with daily drinking.
