Topical cortisone: Are you working with a lot of chemical solvents requiring a lot of hand washing? If so, these practices need to be modified. They are unlikely to be fungal infection but more likely irritant and/or contact allergy which will respond better to topical cortisone. See dermatologist to find out the cause.
