Hmmmm: A photo sure would help. We need to know more about the bumps that are appearing... It's not likely to be allergic reaction to cortisone... Are they on your back as well? If you look at your back does it appear to be a christmas tree? Do the bumps look like "little tiny ringworms" with a scaly round rim and central clearing? Try a Prime Consult, with some good pics we may be able to diagnose.

See a dermatologist: Steroid cream is not good for fungus infections, often makes them worse. Probably not fungus, though. It is not possible to define this without an inspection of the skin, preferably by a skin specialist.

Good hygiene: The best way to prevent bacterial infections, or viral infections, is good hygiene. Wash your hand properly and often. Next come nutrition; your immune system works much better if you give it the proper tools to work with. Next comes sleep; not sleeping properly or enough has been shown to weaken the immune system and increase susceptibility to infections.

Possibly pneumonia: I have found that when people have a deep cough associated with pain on taking a deep breath they often times have pneumonia. You should be evaluated by a physician. If this has been a long-term problem then you definitely need to be evaluated as there are other causes.

May be normal but: You need to get checked by your doctor. There are lots of possible causes for galactorrhea (leaving milky fluid) and most are easy to deal with. Bottom line - go get a checkup! good luck.
