It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try steam inhalation in case it is due to lack of drainage via eustachian tube. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
