I have had ringing in my ears for about a week.They also feel clogged like after you get off a plane. No dizziness, and no hearing loss. High pitched ringing and sometimes I have to try to hear it other times it is noticeable?

My ear is clogged, i can hear a slight ringing. When i try to clear it w/ water, i can hear again but it goes right back. Now I am slightly dizzy.
What are possible diagnosis' if I have severe hearing loss, clogged ear/pressure, ringing, but absolutely no dizziness/vertigo. And its not wax.?
Can symptoms of impacted ear wax come and go? I have clogged feeling in right ear only along with mild tinnitus and muffled hearing. No earache or dizziness. Usually feels worse after lying down but fluctuates throughout the day?
