Got a really bad sun burn at the beach, feel sick, really tired, dizzy, head hurts, and heart rates 100 and above. is this normal for a sunburn?

See below: Sound like you were exposed to to much sun. Heat stroke. It is best to get out of the sun. Just rest and hydrate. You need a lot of cool water. See how you feel and if symptoms persist even after your rest and hydration go see your doctor

Heat stroke: You've been over-exposed to the sun and now you are paying the price. Get out of the sun/heat and push hydration. Drink lots of fluids. Stay cool. Treat your sunburn (aloe vera). If the symptoms persist or worsen get yourself seen by a physician.
