Ear fluid: The ear fluid can cause it, use a decongestant, it will help.

Dizzy: No it is not normal but it may not be uncommon. If you have an ear infection the Claritin and nasal spray may assist with the inflammation but will not eradicate the infection. You may need to see and ENT to get it taken care of.
