Testicular ultrasound reported 3mm x 3mm x 2mm epididymal head cyst on left testicle. i am unable to palpate it. is that small enough that i might not be able to feel it? i can palpate an unreported epididymal head cyst on my right testicle?

This small a cyst is not clinically meaningful and it would be advisable to not try to palpate it.

There are two possibilities- 1 your self exam is incorrect. 2- They missed the cst on the left. If you are interested have a Urologist teach you proper testicular exam.

I know epididymal cysts are relatively common and benign, but what about other testicular cysts? Ultrasound show 'cyst on testicle' 2 x 1 x 2 mm.
