Had pin pain in testicles since over a year. so did ultrasound sonography. the results said: 3 x 2mm small cyst on left epididymis head. what to do?
I have pain in the lower abdomen when I bend over and pain in the testicles in the head of the epididymis when I press it. the urine culture did not show anything and the ultrasound prostate and cyst did not show anything what could it be?
Testicular ultrasound reported 3mm x 3mm x 2mm epididymal head cyst on left testicle. I am unable to palpate it. Is that small enough that I might not be able to feel it? I can palpate an unreported epididymal head cyst on my right testicle?
When feeling left testicle, the top of the epididymis (epididymis head) moves around as if it is not attached to the testicle. No pain unless Im touching/moving it and the epididymis feels more prominent than the other one. Paranoid or is it normal?
