Had a ultra sound and was told i have bilateral epididymal cysts on my testicles. i have dull pain on the right side. could this be cancerous? please help me!

Here are some...: Scrotal ultrasound has been done too often but failed to give much help in diagnosing the already palpable mass. Yet, it's useful to differentiate a cyst or solid mass or if inside or outside testes. More specific details? Ask doc timely.

Cysts: Epididymal cysts are benign. They are small fluid collections at the origin of the vas deferens (tube that carries sperm). Sometimes you can have pain if they are inflamed or irritated. These are not cancerous. Hope this helps.
