A friable cervix means that the blood vessels are very superficial and can be irritated easily. Spotting after sex may mean that this irritation is causing some broken blood vessels which results in spotting. Make sure you are getting annual PAP smears and cultures to rule out HPV, Chlamydia, etc., and to visualize ther cervix and its health.
