During hysteoscopy a very small polyp which my gynae said was sessile and like a fibroid at the entrance to uterus was found (not on cervix). report says polyp. it has been removed using myosure. im 25, cancer? if it was cancer is it now removed ?

If it was cancer the report would say cancer, not simple polyp.

Multi fibroid uterus. 12 mm fundal endometrial or exophytic submucosal nodule may represent small fibroid or polyp. Dominant posterior subserosal fibroid measures 3 cm. Will menopause resolve these or should they be removed?
Recent ultrasound found .8 cm uterine polyp or fibroid (solid lesion isoechoic to the myomentum). Doc recommends hysteroscopy to remove but said shes not concerned for cancer. I had a colon polyp removed last year that was precancerous. Scared?
