As a kidney specialist I have not encountered any case which involves glutathione induced kidney injury or toxicity so if preferred, you can take an average recommended dose (1,000 mg max a day) in a month or two.

The so-called Detoxes are scams. The mercury in your teeth is not doing any harm and you would be better off leaving it alone.

At your age you would know by now if your mercury fillings had any serious effects on you. I am a dentist for over 50 years and have some amalgam fillings in my mouth with no problems. I still do these fillings on my patients with no concerns. They are safe and last for a long period. No complaints from my patients. Your PCP will tell you the same.
