39/m here currently on trt/pellet therapy. blood work came back with all counts in range except absolute monocytes at 1176 and appear to account for 24% of total wbc. how bad is this and what should my next steps be? want to rule out cancers asap?

It is not malignant if the monocyte morphology appears normal and the only abnormality is high monocyte percentage. This abnormality has nothing to do with TRT, you just need to have another CBC with differentials in 2-3 months.
