I had pft. vape/smoke less than 10 pack years. had some shortness of breath on exertion. everything but lung volumes fine. tlc 6.71l/128%, rv 2.98/196%, rv/tlc 44%. said may be air trapping and hyperinflation. could intense anxiety in chamber cause?

I doubt intense anxiety can present with this significantly abnormal PFT. History of vape and smoke less than 10 pack year history may predispose your lungs to early emphysema onset but it is less likely the cause. With this abnormal finding and exertional dyspnea, your blood gas result is likely abnormal (low PO2 and high PCO2). Family history is important in your case.
