Shortness of breath for months gets better than comes back feel like im not getting enough air in lungs no heart problems did ct was ok but pft showed hyperinflation of the lungs what can it be n what can i take to help shortness of breath?

Hyperinflation of lungs on PFT suggests emphysema. If you smoke anything stop. If you live with others who smoke ask them to no do so around you. If you work in a smoky/fumes environment discuss with Boss about proper ventilation. Review family history of emphysema. Discuss with your Dr.
