COVID 19: Pulmonary symptoms from COVID 19 can linger for a significant period after overall- recovery. Pulmonary issues may have been triggered when you became more physically active. Please return to physical activity slowly - if it triggers symptoms then slow pace. Whether this was related to anxiety? - I don't know.
