This is not a unique symptom complex, as you describe a potential peripheral neuropathy. The relationship to prior COVID-19 infections is not so clear-cut, but this could reasonably be a manifestation of LONG COVID-19. See a neurologist and see if it is appropriate to have this fully tested and treated.
