You are probably one of the unfortunates who are suffering a prolonged side effect of covid-19 vaccine. Because you no longer have urticaria any more and only having itchy hands and feet so I suggest using lidocaine 4% OTC for those sites as needed if you do not want to take antihistamine. If you still prefer antihistamine, you should use fexofenadine (allegra 24) for less drowsy, sleepy effect.
