COVID 19 vaccine: I have not read about reactions such as you describe that extend beyond the injection site unless you have a fever. Please review this article: hhttps://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/different-vaccines/Pfizer-BioNTech.htmll ** I don't think we will be able to tell you if this is due to anxiety or not. A medical assessment might provide more input.

Either - ?fever?: Either is possible- good for thinking anxiety may cause physical symptoms! If you have fever, dry mouth, loss of energy likely infectious maybe COVID. Call your doctor.

Suggestions: Contact your doctor and communicate your symptoms and concerns. Burning over feet, hands, and scalp would be unusual as a complication of the vaccine, and the fever associated would more likely cause aching in muscles and joints.
