Does the tingling, cold and numbness of my feet and hands come from nerve damage from 2 wks post covid? or gbs? it comes when im going to sleep. i have anxiety, but i also havent been moving much. i also read covid can affect blood vessels. help?

At this point, the relationship between COVID-19 and peripheral nerve disorders is not fully worked out. Would definitely contact your doctor at this point, and if symptoms persist, consider EMG/ NCS procedure. Although blood vessel involvement has been seen, and large vessel strokes have occurred, your symptoms are not consistent with such mechanisms.
