I just recovered from step and took amoxicillin for 10 days but my throat still is sore and have earaches and not sure what that is?

You have had a viral upper respiratory infection and you are a strep carrier. Earache is not an uncommon symptom in this case. You can take acetaminophen (tylenol) for both sore throat and earache for a couple days. 10 day course of amox is more than enough. You should feel normal soon.
