We know what se doesn't have. Covid. But what does she have? The symptoms presented indicate one of many microbe-caused illnesses. Didn't you receive instructions from the Pediatrician. If not, call Pediatrician's office for advice. And incidentally your daughter should have had 1st dental exam by a Pedodontist (Kid's dental specialist) as symptoms could be from infected baby teeth.

She may have another infection Is the drainage yellow green? Discuss whether a course of an antibiotic is recommended. Is there a cough or respiratory difficulty? If so, repeat COVID 19 screening. The fever is prolonged and if she is still febrile at day 5, additional work up indicated. Watch for signs of red eyes, rash, swelling and then see acute care right away.
