Depends on many things like duration and how high the BP was. If not lower in another10 days or so pl see your doc again who may change the dose or medications depending on current findings. Good luck.

You should see the maximal effect on your blood pressure after 2 weeks although most people achieve the peak effect of that combination after 7 days.
