I had a bilateral hernioplasty done about 2 months ago and i am still having testicular discomfort. it almost feels as though its my spermatic cord that is hard and firm- extending from inside my scrotum up to my groin. is this normal??

Best to ask Dr who did surgery if this is normal in men like you that he has done this operation on.

sometimes there is reactive inflammation or a little collection of blood in the area after hernia surgery. It resolves gradually.usually in 2-3 months. If not better by then pl see your surgeon. good luck
