Torsion: The pain of a testicular torsion does not go over quickly, so likely not that. If it resolved quickly, likely nothing alarming and urgent. It it happens again and persists, see an M.D. for evaluation of the scrotum.

Difficult to say : If you haven’t had an issue with it before (it usually happens at a younger age), and have had no injury to the area, it is unlikely. While the testicle could twist and untwist- causing pain - typically it is severe enough to cause nausea/vomiting. If you are very concerned about it, you could speak to your doctor about risks and/or other causes of your symptoms
