Needs in-person exam: The age range from the mid-20's to the mid-30's is when guys are most likely to get testicular cancer. On average, about 1-2 men out of 10, 000 in that age group will get the cancer. Younger or older men can still get it, but it's more unlikely to happen. Life is not exact, so anything can happen if a person is very unlucky. A doctor's evaluation can help decide what is going on.
