Neither of these tests are for cancer. You may have IBD, but there are no reliable laboratory tests for IBD. Colon cancer at your age would vanishingly rare. A negative FIT test rules out bleeding in the colon.

3.5 years ago, calprotectin showed 200. Then 2000. Sigmoidoscopy & small bowel PillCam clear. Calprotectin went down to 60. In 2019 it was 100. Now it's 2000 again. Does this sound more like IBD or cancer? I have an appointment but extremely scared?
