Fecal calprotectin: You don't describe what symptoms you experience. The issue here is whether you have Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Calprotectin levels can fluctuate depending upon healing or nonhealing of lesions in inflammatory bowel disease when fecal levels are checked. I assume you're under the care of A gastroenterologist and he/she is in the best position to advise you.
