Tumors less than 0.5 cm in size can sometimes be missed- depending on the nature of the scan. Cancer cells are not underneath a tumor but are part of a malignant tumor itself and routine blood tests do not test for cancer cells. I dont know what you mean by LFS. Have your dioc explain all your tests clearly to you. Good luck

When i got covid i went to the hospital for blood test and they said my d diner was elevated to .75 normal is .50. then i did CT scan and it was just mild pneumonia at base of lungs. took dexamethasone. no blood clot? everything ok? i will test again?

Occassionally, I have to take a three-day course of dexamethasone. Because I'm a type 2 diabetic, it casuses my blood glucose to increase significantly. How soon after taking my last dexamethasone pill will my glucose return to baseline?
