With the tumor size and CT/MRI/PET scan images, adrenal carcinoma can be differentiated from other types of adrenal tumors.

Tumors less than 0.5 cm in size can sometimes be missed- depending on the nature of the scan. Cancer cells are not underneath a tumor but are part of a malignant tumor itself and routine blood tests do not test for cancer cells. I dont know what you mean by LFS. Have your dioc explain all your tests clearly to you. Good luck
