If you were not sick enough to be hospitalized, the slightly elevated d-dimer is not a serious issue and you do not need to retest. Get Covid vaccination about 6 weeks recovery from pneumonia.

A close follow up is indicated..Post COVID-19, there may be changes in lung function. It is reassuring that the pneumonia was mild. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, wheezing and prolonged cough. Pulmonary function testing recommended in a few weeks. A repeat scan is advised.
