Need more info: You probably need imaging studies of your pelvis and abdomen. What was the "pregnancy hormone" level? It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a gynecologist. Wish you good health!

Need to tell more: It would be wise to consult a gynecologist (a generalist, endocrinolist or oncologist) and provide this specialist more information: a careful evaluation of your medical/gyn-obs history, your physical examination, the results of the "blood work" etc ...will be the best way to answer your concerns.
