Do not ever use any sleeping aid at your age. What you need to change is your sleep behavior because you can sleep 7-8 hours from 4 AM to 12 PM. You need to practice sleep hygiene from reading this link: https://www.sleepfoundation.org/sleep-hygiene

Agree with Dr. Le, as sleeping pills are a recipe for eventual tolerance and a life-long sleep disorder. A sleep hygiene program is highly recommended, but you would benefit from exploring some of your emotional issues with a cognitive-behavioral therapist in addition.
