Myositis : Above antibodies have been described in the dermatomyositis/ Polymyositis spectrum of conditions. There are studies that are suggesting also malignancies or cancers as possibly associated. Definitely a challenging case, make sure there is a rheumatologist as well as dermatologist involved.
