If you talk about the HGH supplement sold OTC, there is no answer due to lack of study. I doubt this OTC pill is truly beneficial but if you want to take it, INR should be rechecked after one week and then 2 weeks of use and you have to stop both right away if unusual bleeding symptoms occur then have INR checked immediately.
